No Return / No Refund PolicyAll products purchased through LAKE Studio’s online store are made to order using print-on-demand services. Each item is created specifically for each customer and features original artistic content, which may include written works, animations, videos, audio files, books, illustrations, photography, or fine art designs. Because each product is custom-produced, all sales are final.

 

In accordance with California law, custom and personalized items are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges, except in cases where the item arrives damaged or is materially different from what was ordered.

 

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will gladly review your request and, when appropriate, provide a replacement at no additional cost.By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this No Return / No Refund Policy.
